Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

   In these Terms and Conditions, "Atefia Casino" means Atefia Casino (the company), "Site" means the website www.wer.com (and any associated microsites), "User(s)" or "Member(s)" mean users of the Site, including but not limited to players, customers and visitors.

2. USE OF THE SITE

   Users must use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (as if acting individually) and may not engage in any activity that could be considered harassment, cheating or any other form of prohibited conduct as described in Atefia Casino's Rules (the "Rules").

9. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

   Atefia Casino is entitled to refuse payment from Users where the latter have been found to be engaging in fraudulent activities.

10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

    Atefia Casino reserves the right, without notice and at its absolute discretion, to terminate or modify any aspect of this Agreement, including access rights for specific countries or groups of users (collectively, "Affected Countries").

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable within Atefia Casino's jurisdiction.

12. WAIVER OF RIGHTS

    Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be declared invalid or unenforceable, such decision will not affect the validity or enforceability of other sections.

13. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR SOFTWARE

    In case a defective product or software causes any losses to Users, such loss may be claimed only through our internal complaint process.

14. SEVERABILITY

    In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and all other provisions will remain in effect.

15. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

    Atefia Casino disclaims warranty for merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement as provided by applicable law.
